Helping Hands was founded by a highly talented selfless servants, Mike Elkin. Mike received extensive rapid response, emergency management, and leadership training as a US Army combat veteran. Following his military career, Mike served as a police officer in Harris County where he witnessed firsthand the growing need for additional support services for seasoned seniors.
Mike firmly understands the level of care required by our growing elderly population. In leveraging years of professional experience and leadership training, Mike and all of Helping Hands continue cultivating relationships with area staff, patients, and families. Rather than focusing exclusively on volume and profits, Helping Hands is keenly focused on providing exceptional and timely customer service with the compassion you and your loved ones deserve.
Unlike popular national home care franchises working aggressively to build a top-down business focused on retaining franchisees and, thus, increasing the cost of care for families, Helping Hands growing success continues to be our bottom-up approach, focusing on those we serve and building a strong team of compassionate caregivers.
